The best thing about working with CAG on the sell side was that they were willing to accept an aggressive, upside-driven fee structure. Below a certain level of price they would have made very little, and above it they would have made a lot. As it turned out, they beat that level by a large margin, and it ended up being a great deal for them – needless to say, it was great for us too. You rarely see advisors buying into their own sales pitches – but they did that, and delivered.
