CAG is a team of very experienced professionals whose strength lies in the number of successfully completed transactions and common aims and values.
CAG’s team leaders are its founders – Edward MacDonald, Urszula Woźniak and Bartłomiej Haber, as well as partner – Artur Dobrowolski, who individually and jointly represent many years of experience in banking investment and corporate finance. CAG’s team is also a group of experienced advisors and analysts who work on transactions under the partners’ direct supervision.

Artur joined CAG team in April 2008. At CAG he has been responsible, inter alia, for executing such M&A transactions as sale of shares of Bankier.pl S.A., a leading financial portal in Poland to MIH Allegro B.V. and sale of shares of Cezar SA, a producer of premium segment paper packages to Chesapeake.
Before joining CAG, Artur worked at Warsaw ABN AMRO for 10 years, where in the years 2005-2008 he held a position of Deputy Head of the Warsaw Corporate Finance Office. When working at ABN AMRO, Artur participated in execution of many successfully completed transactions, including consulting for the Dalkia group when taking over Praterm S.A., a Polish leader of local heating power stations, consulting for shareholders of Advanced Converters, a Polish leader of technological solutions for industry, in the process of sale to Huettinger Elektronik, consulting for PSE S.A. in the process of separating PSE Operator S.A.; consulting for PKN Orlen in terms of organizing project finance for Basell Orlen Polyolefins and consulting for PKN Orlen in terms of forming joint venture with the Basell group within the scope of production and sale of polyolefin.
Artur graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics obtaining a master’s degree in economics at the faculty of Finance and Banking in 1999.
Artur is a fluent speaker of English.
