CAG’s team leaders are its founders – Edward MacDonald, Urszula Woźniak and Bartłomiej Haber, as well as partner – Artur Dobrowolski, who individually and jointly represent many years of experience in banking investment and corporate finance. CAG’s team is also a group of experienced advisors and analysts who work on transactions under the partners’ direct supervision.

Bartłomiej Haber is one of CAG founders. He has worked on over twenty successfully completed transactions. Recently, he has completed such M&A projects as: sale of shares of Nepentes, a leading producer and distributor of OTC drugs and dermo-cosmetics, to a global pharmaceutical player – Sanofi-Aventis, in a public-to-private deal; raising capital in an American biotechnological company, upon its shareholder proposal, Pharmena S.A., a producer of dermo-cosmetics; sale of shares of Bolix, a leading construction materials producer in Poland, to Berger Paints India; sale of shares of DM TMS Brokers, a leading brokerage house in the forex market in Poland, to 3i plc investment fund; sale of shares of Liberty Poland, a provider of mobile phone communications, to Polkomtel; as well as purchase of companies from Romania and Serbia by Asseco, the biggest Polish IT company.
Before founding CAG, Bartek worked at McKinsey & Company, ABN Amro Corporate Finance and Price Waterhouse.
Bartek graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam and was a holder of the scholarship of the Peacock Foundation, the Batory Foundation and the Ministry of National Education.
