CAG is a team of very experienced professionals whose strength lies in the number of successfully completed transactions and common aims and values.
CAG’s team leaders are its founders – Edward MacDonald, Urszula Woźniak and Bartłomiej Haber, as well as partner – Artur Dobrowolski, who individually and jointly represent many years of experience in banking investment and corporate finance. CAG’s team is also a group of experienced advisors and analysts who work on transactions under the partners’ direct supervision.

Since CAG foundation in 1999, Edward MacDonald has been a Managing Partner. At CAG Edward has participated in and supervised over 40 M&A transactions with a total value of over PLN 5 billion.
Before founding CAG, Edward worked for many renowned financial institutions, both in Poland and the United States, such as ABN Amro Corporate Finance, Enterprise Investors and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation.
In 1987 Edward graduated from Harvard College at the faculty of International Relations and was the holder of two John Harvard scholarships.
Edward is a fluent speaker of English and Polish. Edward is also a co-founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Council and an active member of the Polish Business Roundtable.
