CAG’s team leaders are its founders – Edward MacDonald, Urszula Woźniak and Bartłomiej Haber, as well as partner – Artur Dobrowolski, who individually and jointly represent many years of experience in banking investment and corporate finance. CAG’s team is also a group of experienced advisors and analysts who work on transactions under the partners’ direct supervision.

Urszula Woźniak is one of CAG founders. She has worked on approximately thirty successfully completed transactions; in particular, she has been responsible for such M&A projects as sale of shares of Centrum Filmowe Helios, an owner of one of the biggest cinema chains in Poland, to Agora, sale of certificates at Sowiniec FIZ, a property developer of Biedronka commercial facilities, to AIG New Europe Fund, sale of shares of Trinity Corporate Services, a leading accounting and corporate services company in Poland, to Oresa Ventures, as well as shares of Żabka, the biggest chain of convenience shops in Poland, to Penta Investments.
Before founding CAG, Urszula Woźniak worked as an associate at ABN Amro Corporate Finance in Warsaw, where she advised on such transactions as issue of convertible shares for EMPIK Centrum Investments, sale of chocolate department of E. Wedel, being a part of PepsiCo concern, to Cadbury. Urszula Woźniak also lived in Toronto, Canada, where she worked, inter alia, for CIBC Wood Gundy.
Urszula graduated from Joseph L. Rotman Centre for Management at University of Toronto, where she received an MBA degree in Finance. She also has the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Urszula is a fluent speaker of English.
